Grout and sealant do a quiet but vital job in kitchens and bathrooms — keeping water out of your walls and floors. A little regular care keeps them looking bright and working properly for years.
Ventilate after showers and wipe down tiles to stop mould getting a foothold. Clean grout with a soft brush and a mild solution rather than harsh acids, which can erode the joints over time.
Check sealant around baths, showers and worktops once or twice a year. If it’s cracked, peeling or discoloured beyond cleaning, it’s time to replace it — failing sealant lets water creep behind tiles where it does real damage.
Resealing and regrouting are quick, affordable jobs for us — and they make a tired bathroom look dramatically fresher in a single visit.
